Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled service without penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost to cover technician time and scheduling expenses.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of plumbing and drain cleaning services, refunds are generally not provided once services have been rendered. However, refunds or service corrections may be granted in the following cases:

• If we fail to deliver the agreed service or the service is incomplete due to fault of Tcb Plumbing & Drain Cleaning
• If an error was made in pricing or service description

Requests for refunds or service adjustments must be submitted in writing within 7 days of service completion. We will review all requests and respond within 5 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations

• Services completed as agreed and accepted by the client at the time of completion
• Issues caused by external factors beyond our control (e.g., new blockages, customer misuse)
• Delays or additional costs caused by client failure to provide access or accurate information
